You Train Your Body Every Day.

When Was the Last Time You Trained Your Mind?

The difference between a good athlete and an elite one isn't physical. It's mental. I help athletes break through the blocks that hold them back — using the same mind-training techniques trusted by Olympic competitors and Special Forces operators.

You've Put In the Work. So Why Aren't You Seeing the Results?

You've done everything right — except train the one thing that controls everything else.

Athlete confident in practice

You Crush Practice

You hit every mark in training. Coaches see it. Teammates see it. But when the lights come on and the crowd fills in, something shifts. Your body tightens. Your timing is off. The version of you that dominated in practice doesn't show up.

Athlete struggling with racing thoughts

Your Mind Races

Before competition, the thoughts start. "What if I mess up?" "Everyone's watching." "Last time I choked." The pressure builds in your chest, your breathing shortens, and you're fighting yourself before the game even starts.

Athlete frustrated with inconsistent performance

Inconsistent Results

Some days you're unstoppable. Other days you can't find it. The talent is there — you know it, your coaches know it. But you can't access it on command. And the more you try to force it, the further away it feels.

The Competitive Edge Nobody Talks About

Every elite athlete trains their mind. Most amateur athletes don't. That's the gap — and hypnotherapy closes it.

  • Athlete performing under pressure
Perform Under Pressure Your subconscious mind runs the show during competition. I train it to stay calm, focused, and locked in — so your body does what it already knows how to do, even when the stakes are high.
  • Athlete visualizing performance
See It Before You Do It Elite athletes don't just practice physically — they rehearse in their minds. Hypnotic visualization creates neural pathways that are nearly identical to physical practice, accelerating skill development and consistency.
  • Athlete bouncing back from setback
Bounce Back from Setbacks A bad game, an injury, a loss — these can live in your mind long after your body has recovered. I help athletes process setbacks so they stay in the past where they belong, not on the field with you next game.
  • Athlete in the zone
Access Your Best When It Matters Most That feeling when everything clicks — time slows down, movements are effortless, you're completely in the zone. That's not luck. It's a mental state, and it can be trained.
This isn't stage tricks or mystical nonsense. It's applied neuroscience — the same approach used by the U.S. military, Olympic training centers, and professional sports teams worldwide. You remain aware, in control, and fully yourself the entire time.

I Know What Pressure Feels Like

Pressure changes people. It can sharpen your focus — or make you hesitate when the moment matters most.

I know that because I've been there. At fourteen, I walked into my first weight lifting practice for football at 90 pounds — couldn't even bench the bar. But I showed up every morning before anyone else and started training my mind as much as my body. My sophomore year, my teammates voted me co-captain. That same year, I became the second-best wrestler in our conference — at 124 pounds, outlifting linemen twice my size.

Then my senior year, a broken leg and every ligament and tendon around my ankle torn. My doctor said, "You will never run again." I went back to what worked — not the physical training, the mental training. And I recovered. What I didn't understand until years later: those techniques were a form of hypnosis.

I went on to serve six years on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps, achieving a perfect 300 on the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test multiple times. I later coached a Pop Warner football team that competed in the Friendship Bowl at Aloha Stadium.

I've helped over 1,000 clients overcome anxiety, fear, self-doubt, and trauma. I utilize clinical hypnotherapy with performance-focused coaching to help athletes compete with the confidence and consistency they know they're capable of.

I don't just teach mental performance. I've lived it. I've coached it. And I'm ready to help you master it.

If you've ever felt like your mind is holding back your performance, you're not alone — and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. The athletes I work with all have one thing in common: they're ready to stop letting mental barriers dictate their results.

This Is For You If...

You perform better in practice than competition — and you're tired of hearing "just relax" as advice

Pre-game anxiety is stealing your edge — the nerves, the racing thoughts, the tightness that won't let go

You're coming back from an injury — your body is ready but your confidence hasn't caught up

You've hit a performance plateau — the physical gains have stalled and you know the next level is mental

One bad moment keeps replaying — a missed shot, a fumble, a loss that you can't shake

You're a parent watching your athlete struggle — you see the talent, the effort, and the frustration when it doesn't translate
